Now in the age of modern world a lot of technologies have been introduced to facilitate the human being and different sectors in the world. The employee cards can keep the record of employees such as company name, employee name, employee id, employee designation and also picture of employee. It may use magnetic strip or barcode for employee record.  The visiting cards keep the person and company name with address and telephone number.

The Identity cards keep the name, father name, Id number and picture. It uses micro chip to keep the record of the person. The license and permit also contains the name, id number etc and it use barcode to keep the record of person.

The best thing about the plastic cards is that it always keeps the record of the person updated due to the technology used as magnetic strip and micro chip. And whenever the company or organization wants to check the record of the person, then they can easily be updated by the person records or transaction and further proceed.
